Black caviar (Beluga Amur) “Classic” is made from sturgeon caviar of KALUGAxAMUR according to the traditional recipe of the caviar masters. Grainy (dry) salting, which glorified Russian export caviar with the indication “malosol” (light salted).
“Malossol” its mean not more then 3-4% of salt, what is made Russian caviar most famous in the world, by this recipe you can get exactly correct taste of sturgeon caviar. Not less, not more.
Kaluga is one of the biggest sturgeon fishes, in nature it exists in the Amur river in the far East. Sometimes Russians call it “Beluga of the far East”. It can be 5,5 m long and it can live even 50 m deep water. Our Kaluga caviar is product of the aquaculture, its a hybrid between Kaluga and Amur sturgeon.
We supply our production in the thermobox with cooling elements.
